If the user does not agree to these terms, they must discontinue use of this site immediately.

3. Software License

All source code for tools hosted on this site is made available under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (GNU AGPL v3), unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific tool.

The full text of the GNU AGPL v3 is available at gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.en.html.

Key Conditions of the GNU AGPL v3

  • Freedom to use: The user may run any tool for any purpose.
  • Freedom to study: The user may examine the source code of any tool. Source code is accessible directly from this site.
  • Freedom to modify: The user may modify any tool for personal or commercial use.
  • Copyleft obligation: Any modified or extended version distributed to others — including via network — must also be released under the GNU AGPL v3, with corresponding source code made available.
  • Attribution: Copyright notices and license headers must be preserved in all copies and derivative works.

The copyleft obligation of the GNU AGPL v3 extends to network use. If you operate a modified version of any tool for others to access over a network, you must provide those users access to the corresponding source code under the same license.

No Additional Restrictions

The operator does not impose any additional restrictions beyond those required by the GNU AGPL v3. No contributor license agreement, proprietary attribution requirement, or additional permission beyond the license is required or implied.

Third-Party Components

Some tools on this site may incorporate third-party open-source libraries or components. Where such components are used, they remain subject to their own respective licenses, which are independent of the GNU AGPL v3. The presence of third-party components does not affect the licensing of the operator's own original code. Attribution for third-party components is provided within the relevant source code where applicable.

5. Privacy

This site is designed from the ground up to respect the user's privacy. The following practices apply universally across all tools on this site, with the narrow exceptions noted below.

What This Site Does Not Do

  • Does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal data on any server.
  • Does not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or session recording.
  • Does not set persistent cookies or tracking identifiers.
  • Does not embed third-party social network buttons, widgets, or scripts.
  • Does not load third-party web fonts, scripts, or stylesheets.
  • Does not display advertisements.
  • Does not sell, share, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties.

Local Processing

All data handled by tools on this site — including files, text, images, and any other input provided by the user — is processed exclusively within the user's own browser. No data leaves the user's device. The operator has no access to, and receives no copy of, any data the user provides to any tool.

Exceptions

A small number of tools make outbound network requests by design, as their function requires it. These exceptions are disclosed clearly on the relevant tool's page and are strictly limited to the functionality described. The affected tools are:

Tool Nature of Network Access Data Sent
Speed Test makes external requests Connects to Cloudflare's speed-test endpoint to measure network performance. Standard HTTP traffic; no user-identifying data beyond what is inherent to any HTTP request (e.g. IP address visible to the endpoint).
Pipette / Color Picker conditional May load an image from an external URL if the user explicitly supplies one. An HTTP GET request is made for the image URL supplied by the user. No other data is transmitted.

All other tools on this site operate entirely offline and initiate no network communication whatsoever after the initial page load.

Server Logs

Access to this site results in standard HTTP server logs maintained by the hosting provider, KABI.tk Fancy Media and Communications. These logs may include the user's IP address, browser user-agent string, referring URL, and the URL of the page or resource requested. Server logs are not used to identify individual users, are not shared with third parties, and are purged on a regular basis in accordance with the hosting provider's data-retention practices. The operator does not have real-time access to these logs and does not use them for any analytical or commercial purpose. Users are encouraged to review KABI.tk's GDPR imprint for further information.

Progressive Web App Storage

Some tools on this site may register a service worker in the user's browser to enable offline functionality and faster subsequent loads. This service worker caches the tool's own static assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) locally on the user's device. No personal data or user-provided data is cached by the service worker. The user may clear this cache at any time through their browser settings.

Automated Access and AI Training

Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic harvesting of material from this site — including for the purpose of training artificial intelligence or machine learning models — is not permitted without the operator's prior written consent. This applies regardless of whether the material is technically accessible and regardless of the license under which it is published. The operator reserves the right to take appropriate measures to prevent or restrict such access.

6. Data Breach and Security Incident Notification

As described in Section 5, this site does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on any server, and the operator holds no user data capable of being breached. Consequently, no data-breach notification obligation currently arises under applicable law, including the GDPR, as none of the conditions triggering such an obligation are present.

Should the scope of this site or any tool hosted on it change in a way that introduces server-side collection or storage of personal data — including through the addition of a new network-access exception as described in Section 5 — the operator commits to disclosing that change in this document in advance of it taking effect, and to notifying affected users of any subsequent security incident involving that data without undue delay, consistent with applicable legal requirements at the time.

7. Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, preference cookies, or advertising cookies are used. If the user's browser sets a session cookie as a result of visiting this site, such a cookie contains no personal data and does not persist beyond the browser session.

8. Accessibility

The operator aims to make this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom and text-resizing features. Reasonable efforts are made to follow established accessibility practices, including sufficient color contrast, semantic HTML structure, and keyboard-operable interactive elements.

This site is provided by an individual operator without a dedicated accessibility audit or formal conformance certification, and full conformance with any particular standard — such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) — is not represented or guaranteed. If the user encounters an accessibility barrier while using this site or any tool hosted on it, the operator welcomes a report at the contact details in Section 17 and will make reasonable efforts to address it.

9. Disclaimers

No Warranty

All tools and material on this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. The operator makes no representation that any tool will meet the user's requirements, operate without interruption, or produce results free from error.

Accuracy of Material

While reasonable care is taken in the development and presentation of tools and accompanying material, the operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any material on this site. The user is solely responsible for verifying any output produced by a tool before relying on it for any purpose, including professional, commercial, legal, or safety-critical applications.

Personal Views

Any views, opinions, or commentary expressed on this site are solely those of the operator and do not represent those of any employer, client, or affiliated organization, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this site or any tool or material available thereon. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain implied warranties or liabilities, the operator's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction. Where the user is located within the European Union, applicable data-protection obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) are relevant; as this site collects no personal data, no data-subject rights arise with respect to data held by the operator, as none is held. Where other jurisdictions impose additional requirements, the operator will endeavor to comply to the extent applicable. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these policies that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's place of residence, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

13. Termination

The operator reserves the right to discontinue, modify, suspend, or terminate this site or any tool hosted on it, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice or liability. The operator is under no obligation to maintain, update, or continue making any tool or material available. Upon any such termination or discontinuation, all provisions of these policies that by their nature should survive — including copyright, brand and identity, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply.

14. Severability

If any provision of these policies is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these policies. Such severance shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

15. Waiver

No failure or delay by the operator in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these policies shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy shall preclude any other or further exercise of it or the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach of these policies shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

16. Changes to These Policies

The operator reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of this site following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.

17. Contact

For any questions, notices, or requests arising from these policies — including copyright concerns, license inquiries, or requests relating to data — please contact the operator:

For sensitive matters, the operator is able to establish a secure communication channel upon initial contact by email.
