Hayati's Speed Test

How it works: Downloads a binary blob from speed.cloudflare.com via HTTPS. The test size adapts to your connection — starting small, growing if you're fast. Ping = median of 5 round-trips. The download is streamed and discarded; nothing is buffered in memory or written to disk. The only thing saved locally is one integer (chosen test size in MB).
